    Head Delegates

    In the FAUMUN team 2026/27 Head Delegates will be Manya Srivastava, and Cynthia Zietek for the New York Delegation. And for the EU Delegation the Head Delegates will be Naomi Toderici, and Bertram Leindecker. Together with Tim Eimer as Welfare Officer they will manage both the FAUMUN Double Delegation and the DE Delegation.

     

    Former Head Delegates

     

    Max Tremel   |   EU Manager 2025/26
    While pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology, Max developed a strong interest in international relations, which led him to join the FAUMUN New York Delegation 2025. During this time, Max achieved notable success, earning the Peer Award and Outstanding Delegate Award in Erlangen, Peer Award in Erfurt, Outstanding Delegate Award in Nuremberg, and receiving both a Peer Award and the Distinguished Delegation Award in New York. Max now aims to build on these achievements by joining the FAUMUN organizational team as manager of the FAUMUN EU Delegation 2026. In this role, he is responsible for organizing this year’s EU Delegation and mentoring the delegates of the FAUMUN Double Delegation 2026. He looks forward to being part of the delegates‘ journey, helping them grow and deepen their understanding of international diplomacy. 
    Celina Fackler   |   New York Co-Manager 2025/26

    Celina’s journey with FAUMUN began three years ago as a participant in the FAUMUN Winter Blockseminar 2023, where her interest in international relations and diplomacy was first sparked. Inspired by this experience, she joined the FAUMUN New York Delegation 2024, representing Japan in the General Assembly committee at NMUN New York 2024. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Studies, Celina broadened her global perspective during a semester abroad at the University of Technology, Australia. Meanwhile, she also served as Secretary–General for the BayernMUN 2025 conference in Nuremberg organized by the FAUMUN alumni association United Nations Society Nuremberg e.V., further developing her leadership, organizational, and management skills. Eager to continue her FAUMUN path, Celina is thrilled to be part of the FAUMUN 2026 team and looks forward to coordinating and managing the Delegation and their participation in conferences in both Germany and New York. 

     

     

    Yara Amer   |   New York Co-Manager 2025/26

    Yara’s journey with FAUMUN began as a delegate in the 2024 New York Delegation, where she discovered her passion for diplomacy, public speaking and international collaboration. Originally from Egypt, she has lived and studied in multiple countries, including South Korea, which is why she brings a unique global perspective to the project shaped by her multicultural experiences and international academic path. After winning the Best Delegation award at the UPMMUN conference in Madrid, she felt inspired to support others on their own MUN journey and pass on the skills and confidence she gained through the experience. As Co-Project Manager and lecturer for the upcoming FAUMUN New York Delegation 2026, Yara is excited to mentor the next generation of delegates. She is passionate about empowering others, fostering growth and deepening their understanding of diplomacy and international affairs. 

     

     

    Charlotte Bassewitz   |   Head Delegate 2024/25

    Charlotte is studying Education with English, Latin and German as her subjects. As a delegate in the FAUMUN 2024 NY Delegation she successfully represented Ecuador in the Security Council at EfMUN 2024, Turkmenistan in the General Assembly at BayernMUN 2024, and Japan in the Commission on the Status of Women at NMUN NY 2024. She is looking forward to mentoring the coming NY Delegation of 2025 as Head Delegate. Together with Maja, she will be responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising the delegates.

    Maja Warlich   |   Head Delegate 2024/25

    Maja is studying Computer Science with an emphasis on IT security. As a delegate in the FAUMUN 2024 NY delegation she successfully represented Bolivia in the ECOSOC at EfMUN 2024, Thailand in the General Assembly at BayernMUN 2024, and Japan in the General Assembly First Committee at NMUN NY 2024. She is looking forward to mentoring the coming NY Delegation 2025 as Head Delegate. Together with Charlotte, she will be responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising the delegates.

     

    Julia Klopsch   |   Head Delegate 2023/24

    Julia participated as delegate in the FAUMUN project in 2022/23. She successfully represented China in the UNEA at EfMUN 2023 in Erfurt, Viet Nam in the General Assembly at BayernMUN 2023 in Nuremberg and the Argentine Republic in the UNHCR at NMUN 2023 in New York. As Head Delegate, she mentored the  Delegation of 2024. Together with Kai, she was responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising the delegates.

     

    Kai Langer   |   Head Delegate 2023/24

    Kai participated as delegate in the FAUMUN project in 2022/23. He successfully represented Gabon in the Security Council at BaMUN 2022 in Bamberg, Canada in the UNEA at EfMUN 2023 in Erfurt, Iceland in the General Assembly at BayernMUN 2023 in Nuremberg and the Argentine Republic in the General Assembly First Committee at NMUN 2023 in New York. He lead the New York Delegation of 2023/24 as Head Delegate together with Julia. He was responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising the delegates.

     

    Theresa Pfund   |   Head Delegate 2022/23

    Theresa served as Head Delegate for the delegation 2022/23 together with Patryk and was responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising of the delegates after taking part in the 2020/21 FAUMUN delegation herself. She successfully represented the Republic of Singapore in the General Assembly at BayernMUN 2021 in Nürnberg

     

    Patryk Zielinski   |   Head Delegate 2022/23

    Patryk served as Head Delegate for the delegation 2022/23 together with Theresa and was responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising of the delegates after taking part in the 2021/22 FAUMUN delegation himself. He successfully represented the Republic of Costa Rica in the Food and Agriculture Organization at NMUN 2022 in New York.

     

    Ioana Martin   |   Head Delegate 2021/22

    Ioana served as Head Delegate for the delegation 2021/22 together with Anastasia and was responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising of the delegates. She studied medical image and data processing for her master´s degree and took part in the 2020/21 FAUMUN delegation. She successfully represented the Commonwealth of Australia in the General Assembly at BaMUN 2020 in Bamberg and the French Republic in the Security Council at BayernMUN 2021 in Nuremberg.

     

    Anastasia Karelskaya   |   Head Delegate 2021/22

    Anastasia served as Head Delegate for the delegation 2021/22 together with Ioana and was responsible for guiding, mentoring and advising of the delegates. She studied political science for her master´s degree and took part in the 2020/21 FAUMUN delegation. She successfully represented the Russian Federation in the Security Council at BaMUN 2020 in Bamberg and at the General Assembly at BayernMUN 2021 in Nuremberg.
