FAUMUN 2026 Delegation Day
Last Saturday, we, the FAUMUN Double Delegation 2026, came together in Erlangen for our Delegation Day. The event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen our teamwork, get to know each other better, and spend a day together outside of our usual sessions.
We split into small groups and took part in a variety of challenges designed to test our creativity, problem-solving and collaboration skills. We played Tabu, solved crosswords, guessed UN Member States, and worked together to solve a code. One of the most memorable moments was forming the letters of “FAUMUN” with our bodies. We even asked the Technisches Hilfswerk, which was hosting a stand nearby, to join us in several of the poses. Their participation brought even more energy to the activity, making it a true highlight of the day.
After completing the challenges, we gathered in the Schlossgarten to share stories, laugh about the day’s highlights, reflect on what we had learned from each activity, and took a group picture to keep a memory from the day. To conclude, we enjoyed an Italian dinner together, accompanied by friendly conversation, to end the day.
Looking back, the Delegation Day offered a great opportunity to connect as a group and marked a positive beginning to the FAUMUN 2026 journey.
